✨ Why I Started PersoFi

I’m on a mission to make business better.
More ethical. More efficient. More human.

I’ve worked with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, investors, and financial traders. I’ve seen what money can do — for good and for greed. And truthfully, a big part of my career was driven by the latter.

But over time, something shifted.
I started asking deeper questions.
What is business really for? How can we build with purpose? How can I bring my core skills to help others.

Throughout my career, I’ve had one clear specification:

Bring financial order and clarity.

It’s what I’ve done again and again — for companies of all shapes and sizes.

• In the early days, it was Excel and spreadsheets
• Then came cloud accounting, and I built Digital CFO
• Now, with AI accounting, I can do more, faster — and smarter

I was brought into the SME specifically for this — to restore control, fix the mess, and build reliable financial processes.

Here’s what I achieved:

• Cut invoice entry time by 80%
• Created structure and visibility in place of chaos
• Eliminated costly factoring, saving $3,000/month
• Reduced supplier invoice processing to just 2 hours a week

Turning 60 gave me space to reflect.
I’ve spent years helping others build their dreams.

Now, it’s time to use my own voice.
To draw on my own experience.
To launch something based on what I know works — not someone else’s playbook.

That’s how PersoFi was born.
This isn’t some off-the-shelf solution. It’s practical. Lived. Proven.

Right now, PersoFi is just me.
I’ve got a full-time role — but this is my side mission. My side Gig. And I’m building it right.

I’ve already created:

• A no-fluff automation playbook
• A course in development for SMEs and finance teams
• A clear message and brand: PersoFi

What I won’t do:

❌ Ask for money before delivering value
